This statement on accessibility applies to the website www.nh3min.de.

Accessibility of this website

The Johann Heinrich von Thünen Institute endeavors to make its website accessible in accordance with the national legal provisions for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and the Council.

This website was created in 2014 and is not yet completely accessible. The requirements of the current BITV (Ordinance on Accessible Information Technology) have only been partially met.

The site is currently being revised and will be relaunched shortly. A test of accessibility will be carried out for the relaunched website and the test results will be published here.

Which areas are not accessible?

• Some of our PDF documents are accessible. Many documents are old documents. These documents cannot be subsequently revised. We have set the goal of offering accessible PDF files in the future or offering the content in HTML format instead.
  
  
• Most of our videos are not accessible. Some subtitles are available. For newly posted videos, we endeavor to provide subtitles as soon as possible.
  
  
• Our interactive graphics and maps are not accessible. We will provide this with a suitable alternative text soon
